Initial Narrative     V1 WAS NEGOTIATING A CURVE TO THE LEFT. V1 STRAIGHTENED THE CURVE AND STRUCK THE CONCRETE DIVIDER WITH THE FRONT OF HIS VEHICLE. AFTER IMPACT V1 CAME TO A FINAL REST IN THE INSIDE LANE FACING IN AN EASTERLY DIRECTION.
