Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING ON HWY 65NB JUST SOUTH OF DAMASCUS. WHEN V1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE, LEAVING THE EASTSIDE OF THE ROADWAY. MR. SWAN WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD ON SCENE BY FAULKNER COUNTY CORONER.
