Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 119 TOWARDS CARSON LAKE. V-1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE THE CURVE CAUSING IT TO LEAVE THE ROADWAY HITTING A ROAD SIGN AND THEN A TREE BEFORE COMING TO REST.
