Initial Narrative     DRIVER OF V1 WAS EASTBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 10 LEAVING BOONEVILLE. FOR UNKNOWN REASONS V1 VEERED RIGHT OFF THE HIGHWAY AND STRUCK A CULVERT CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO OVERTURN. MR KELLY WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE.
