Initial Narrative     V1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 227 SOUTH. THE TRAFFIC IN FRONT OF V1 WAS SLOWING. V1 ATTEMPTED TO STOP LOST CONTROL AND LAID MOTORCYCLE OVER ON ITS SIDE CAUSING THE DRIVER TO STRIKE THE ASPHALT SURFACE. THE VICTIM SUCCUMED TO HIS INJURIES ON 09-12-13 AT 2:28 P.M.
