Initial Narrative     V1 FAILED TO YIELD AT THE INTERSECTION OF HWY 64 AND HWY 64B AND PULLED INTO THE PATH OF V-2. V1 STRUCK THE FRONT BUMPER OF V2 WITH THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR. THE DRIVER OF V1 PASSED AWAY AT THE HOSPITAL DUE TO HIS INJURIES.
