Initial Narrative     V1 WAS WESTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 270. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS WALKING OVER THE WESTINGHOUSE BRIDGE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE HIGHWAY. AND WAS STRUCK BY V1. THE PEDESTRIAN WAS PRONOUNCED BY THE GARLAND COUNTY CORONER. DRIVER OF V1 WAS NOT INJURED.
