Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON I-530 AT MILE MARKER 3. V1 DRIVER HAD A MEDICAL EMERGENCY. V1 VEERED OFF THE ROADWAY TO THE EAST EMBANKMENT. V1 TRAVELED ALONG THE EMBANKMENT BEFORE IMPACTING A STANDING TREE. V1 CAUGHT FIRE AND BECAME FULLY ENGULFED WITH V1 DRIVER INSIDE.
