Initial Narrative     DERRICK ROWE WAS RIDING IN THE BACK OF A PK., STANDING UP.DRIVER WENT AROUND 2 CURVES AND NOTICED MR. ROWE WAS NOT IN THE BACK OF TK. HE THEN TURNED AROUND AND STARTED BACKTRACKING AND FOUND MR. ROWE ON SIDE OF THE ROAD.HE WAS TAKEN TO ARKANSAS METHODIST MED. CEN. THEN TO LABONNER IN MEMPHIS WHERE HE DIED OF HIS INJURIES ON JULY 03,2006.DRIVER OF PK. WAS JAVIE ARNOLD DOB/07/03/1988. ADDRESS 510 N. 18TH ST. PARAGOULD.HE WAS NOT INJURED.ALSO A PASSENGER AARON PUGSLEY DOB/01/08/1989 OF 457 GREENE 845 RD. PARAGOULD WAS NOT INJURED.
