Initial Narrative     FOR UNKNOWN REASONS DRIVER OF V1 LOST CONTROL WHILE CHANGING LANES TO THE RIGHT. V1 ROTATED CLOCKWISE AND CROSSED THE #1 LANE AND RIGHT SHOULDER. THE RIGHT FRONT OF V1 IMPACTED A CONCRETE BARRIER WALL ROLLED 1 1/4 TURNS BEFORE COMING TO REST FACING NORTH ON THE RIGHT SHOULDER.
