Initial Narrative     THE VEHICLE AND BICYCLE WERE BOTH IN THE EASTBOUND RIGHT LANES. THE BICYCLIST WAS WEARING ALL DARK CLOTHING WITH NO REFLECTORS. THE V1 DRIVER FAILED TO SEE THE BICYCLE IN TIME. V1 MADE CONTACT WITH B1.
