Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON ARKANSAS STATE HIGHWAY 275 WHEN A DOG ENTERED INTO ITS LANE OF TRAVEL. V1 STRUCK THE DOG IN THE NORTHBOUND LANE. AFTER IMPACT THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS THROWN FROM THE MOTORCYCLE.
