Initial Narrative     V1 LEFT THE HIGHWAY AND DROVE INTO THE NORTHBOUND DITCH THEN STRUCK A TREE ALONG THE WOODS LINE. THE DRIVER OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE OF THE ACCIDENT BY UNION COUNTY CORONER CURTIS BUTTERFIELD.
