Initial Narrative     V1 AND V2 WERE TRAVELING NORTH BOUND ON I 55 NEAR THE 34 MILE MARKER IN THE RIGHT LANE. V1 FAILED TO STOP STRIKING V2 IN THE REAR TRAILER. AFTER IMPACT V2 CAME TO A FINAL REST FACING NORTHBOUND. V1 VEERED RIGHT LEAVING THE ROADWAY EJECTING DRIVER OF V1.
