Initial Narrative     V1 WAS EASTBOUND ON THE SOUTH SIDEWALK OF WEST CLEVELAND STREET NEAR NORTH SUNSET DRIVE INTERSECTION. PEDESTRIAN WAS WALKING ON THE SOUTH SIDEWALK AND WAS STRUCK BY V1. PEDESTRIAN WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE. V1 LEFT THE SCENE OF ACCIDENT AND HAS NOT BEEN IDENTIFIED.
