Initial Narrative     DRIVER OF V1 APPLIED THE FOOT BRAKE PEDAL CAUSING V1 TO GO INTO A SKID AND LOOSE CONTROL. DRIVER OF V1 LAID V1 ON IT SIDES 3 DIFFERENT TIMES. THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED.
