Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON I-55 EAST SERVICE ROAD. V2 WAS STOPPED AT THE WESTBOUND STOP SIGN ON JUDGE SMITH DRIVE AT IT'S INTERSECTION WITH THE EAST SERVICE ROAD. V2 ATTEMPTED TO MAKE A LEFT TURN SOUTHBOUND ONTO THE EAST SERVICE ROAD FAILING TO YIELD TO V1. THE FRONT END OF V1 STRUCK THE LEFT SIDE OF V2.
