Initial Narrative     V1 WAS EASTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 140 EAST OF HIGHWAY 297. DRIVER OF V1 VEERED RIGHT EXITED THE ROADWAY THEN RE-ENTERED THE ROADWAY. V1 THEN TRAVELED ACROSS HIGHWAY 140 AND EXITED THE ROADWAY LEFT. V1 THEN ROLLED OVER AND EJECTED THE DRIVER. DRIVER OF V1 WAS TRANSPORTED TO REGIONAL ONE MEDICAL CENTER WHERE HE DIED ON JULY 28 2022.
