Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING IN THE OUTSIDE LANE. THE VEH STRUCK THE CONCRETE BRIDGE RAILING ON THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS ON THE PASSENGER SIDE AND CAME TO FINAL REST ON THE SHOULDER AGAINST THE CONCRETE BRIDGE RAIL. CORONER STEVEN BRISTOW PROUNOUNCED THE VICTIM DECEASED ON SCENE AT 7:18AM.
