Initial Narrative     V1 WAS NORTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 115 NEAR STATE HIGHWAY 117. AS V1 ENTERED A CURVE V1 EXITED THE ROAD THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT BRIEFLY RE-ENTERED THE ROADWAY OVERTURNED AND EXITED THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT IMPACTING A GROUP OF TREES WHERE V1 CAME TO FINAL REST ON ITS TOP.
