Initial Narrative     DRIVER OF V1 WAS NEGOTIATING A LEFT HANDC CURVE FROM INTERSTATE 40 WEST TO INTERSTATE 30 WEST. V1 STRUCK A CONCRETE WALL ON THE RIGHT SIDE CROSSED OVER LANE #2 AND LEFR THE ROADSIDE. V1 ROLLED OVER AND THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED.
