Initial Narrative     V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON MAIN STREET ENTERING A RAIL GRADE CROSSING WHERE IT WAS STRUCK BY AN ONCOMING WESTBOUND TRAIN. V1 CAME TO A FINAL REST ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF THE RAIL GRADE CROSSING.
