Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 159 SOUTH OF THE OLD KILBOURNE ROAD NEGOTIATING A RIGHT-HAND CURVE. V1 TRAVELED INTO THE SOUTHBOUND LANE FOR A SHORT DISTANCE BEFORE TRAVELING BACK INTO THE NORTHBOUND LANE WHILE ROTATING IN A CLOCKWISE DIRECTION. V1 THEN EXITED THE ROADWAY INTO THE NORTHBOUND ROADSIDE DITCH WHILE OVERTURNING AND COMING TO FINAL REST FACING IN A SOUTHERNLY DIRECTION ON ITS ROOF.
