Initial Narrative     V2 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON US HIGHWAY 71. V1 PULLED OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY AT 3091 US HIGHWAY 71 AND ATTEMPTED TO MAKE A LEFT AND HEAD NORTH. V1 FAILED TO YIELD TO THE SOUTHBOUND V2 AND WAS STRUCK WHILE ENTERING THE HIGHWAY. THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT MERCY HOSPITAL IN FORT SMITH.
