Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS WESTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 24 CROSSED THE EASTBOUND TRAFFIC LANE AND RAN INTO THE DITCH. THE VEHICLE THEN COUNTER-STEERED CROSSING BOTH LANES OF TRAFFIC COMING TO REST IN THE WESTBOUND DITCH. THE VEHICLE CAUGHT FIRE AND BURNED.
