Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS EASTBOUND ON COVINGTON ROAD WHEN FOR REASONS UNKNOWN DRIVER LOST CONTROL AND WENT OFF THE ROADWAY INTO A DITCH AND STRUCK A CULVERT. VEHICLE THEN WENT BACK ACROSS THE ROADWAY AND INTO A DITCH ON THE OTHER SIDE, STRUCK A TREE AND WENT AIRBORNE. DRIVER WAS EJECTED AND PRONOUNCED AT THE SCEN BY THE LONOKE CO CORONER.
