Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 35 IN DREW COUNTY. V1 WAS NEGOTIATING A RIGHT-HAND CURVE WHEN THE DRIVER LOST CONTROL OF HIS VEHICLE LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT AND COLLIDED WITH A TREE. AFTER IMPACT WITH THE TREE V1 OVERTURNED LANDING ON ITS TOP.
