Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING ON HWY 270 EAST V2 WAS PULLING OUT OF A COUNTY ROAD TURNING EAST ONTO HWY 270 EAST. V1 STRUCK THE RIGHT SIDE LANDING GEAR OF V2'S TRAILER ON IMPACT V1 ROTATED APPROXIMATLEY 90 DEGREES COUNTERCLOCKWISE THEN TRAVELED SOUTH INTO THE DITCH WHERE IT CAME TO REST FACING NORTH.
