Initial Narrative     V1 (MOTORCYCLE) WAS TRAVELING WEST ON SPIVEY ROAD FLEEING FROM LAW ENFORCEMENT. V1 TURNED SOUTH ONTO A PRIVATE DRIVEWAY AND THE DRIVER OF V1 DID NOT SEE A CABLE STRETCHED ACROSS THE DRIVEWAY. THE CABLE STRUCK THE DRIVER AND REMOVING HIM FROM V1.
