Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 83 INSIDE THE CITY LIMITS OF MONTICELLO. V1 RAN OFF THE ROADWAY ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE ROAD AND OVERCORRECTED. V1 THEN RAN OFF THE ROAD ON THE LEFT SIDE AND STUCK A CULVERT.
