Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING EAST BOUND ON S.H. 70W NEAR PEARCY. PASSENGER OF V1 OPENED THE PASSENGER DOOR AND FELL OUT OF THE VEHICLE WHILE IT WAS IN MOTION. PASSENGER OF V1 WAS TRANSPORTED TO CHI ST. VINCENT HOT SPRINGS WHERE HE WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED BY ER PHYSICIAN DR. JOEL HARDEN.
