Initial Narrative     OPERATOR OF V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 377. THE CRASH OCCURRED WHEN V1 LEFT THE EAST SIDE ROADWAY REENTERED THE NORTHBOUND LANE LOSING CONTROL CAUSING V1 TO LAY ON ITS SIDE AND SLIDE APPROXIMATELY 200 FT COLLIDING INTO A GUARDRAIL.
