Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELLING EAST ON I-30. THE TRAILER V1 WAS TOWING BEGAN TO TRAVEL OUT OF CONTROL CAUSING V1 TO LEAVE THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT. V1 ENTERED THE SOUTH ROADSIDE DITCH AND OVERTURNED. THE PASSENGER OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE.
