Initial Narrative     V1 FAILED TO NEGOTIATE A CURVE AND LEFT THE ROADWAY ON THE NORTH SIDE THEN ROLLED OVER AND LANDED UPSIDE DOWN ON AN EMBANKMENT SUBMERGED IN WATER. THE VICTIM WAS EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE AND FOUND FLOATING IN THE WATER AND WAS PRONOUNCED ON SCENE BY CORONER BOB NEAL.
