Initial Narrative     V2 WAS NEGOTIATING A CURVE IN THE WRONG LANE OF TRAFFIC AND STRUCK THE LEFT SIDE OF V1 WITH HIS VEHICLE.THE VICTIM WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE BY POPE COUNTY CORONER LEONARD KROUT. DRIVER OF V1 BILLY MCGUIRE 9/13/1971 119 BIRMBAUN LANE LAMAR AR WAS NOT INJURED. BRANDON MCGUIRE 02/18/77 AND JOHN BAKER 10/07/89 IN V1 WERE NOT INJURED AND WERE WEARING SEAT BELTS.
