Initial Narrative     V1 WAS ACTIVELY FLEEING FROM JACKSONVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT IN THE #4 LANE AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. V1 THEN LOST CONTROL CROSSED ALL LANES OF SOUTHBOUND TRAFFIC TRAVELED DOWN THE EMBANKMENT AND COLLIDED WITH A TREE. DRIVER OF V1 WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED ON SCENE BY THE PULASKI COUNTY CORONER.
