Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON STATE HIGHWAY 54 NEAR CAMDEN CUTOFF ROAD. V1 ATTEMPTED TO AVOID ANOTHER VEHICLE AND LAID THE MOTORCYCLE DOWN. THE OPERATOR OF V1 WAS TRANSPORTED TO UAMS IN LITTLE ROCK WHERE HE WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED BY DR. VRATSKI AT 18:55PM.
