Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HAYDEN ROAD / HIGHWAY 265. AS THE VEHICLE NEGOTIATED A CORNER IT APPEARS THE VEHICLE WAS TRAVELING AT A RATE OF SPEED IN EXCESS OF THE POSTED SPEED LIMIT. V1 COMPLETED A 180 DEGREE SPIN EXITED THE ROADWAY TO THE EAST OF THE ROADWAY BACKWARDS AND COLLIDED WITH A TREE ON THE STEEP INCLINE.
