Initial Narrative     THE MOTORCYCLE (V2) WAS HEADED NORTHBOUND ON TOWSON THE HHR (V1) WAS ON TOWSON IN THE TURN LANE TO GO EASTBOUND ON FRESNO. V1 TURNED IN FRONT OF V2 ON A YELLOW FLASHING LIGHT AND V2 ATTEMPTED TO STOP BUT HIT THE FRONT OF V1.
