Initial Narrative     VEHICLE LEFT THE PAVEMENT AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED, WENT AIRBORN ACROSS MCKINNEY BAYOU, STRUCK THE WEST BANK ON IT'S TOP THEN SLID BACK INTO THE WATER. THE DRIVER OF V-1 WAS PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE BY THE MILLER COUNTY CORONER EDDIE HAWKINS.
