Initial Narrative     PEDESTRIAN WAS WALKING WEST ON CANTRELL ROAD. AS SHE CROSSED HIGHWAY 79 SHE STEPPED INTO THE PATH OF SOUTHBOUND V1 AND WAS STRUCK AND KILLED. DRIVER OF V1 GEORGE BLOOM 01/07/1990 OF #1420 WEST 22ND STREET PINE BLUFF WAS NOT INJURED.
