Initial Narrative     V-1 CROSSED THE CENTER LINE AND RAN OFF THE ROAD ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE HWY, THE DRIVER THEN SWERVED BACK ONTO THE HWY, WHERE HE LOST CONTROL AND OVERTURNED. THE VEHICLE ENDED UP OFF THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD, COMING TO REST ON IT'S RIGHT SIDE. THE DRIVER WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD AT THE SCENE.
