Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING NORTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 7. PEDESTRIAN GOT OUT OF A PARKED VEHICLE ON THE SHOULDER OF THE ROADWAY AND WAS WALKING NORTHBOUND IN THE ROADWAY. V1 HIT THE PEDESTRIAN.
