Initial Narrative     V-1 WAS TRAVELING WESTBOUND ON U.S. 62. V-1 WAS NEGOTIATING A CURVE AND EXITED THE NORTHSIDE OF THE HIGHWAY. V-1 THEN TRAVELED BACK ONTO THE HIGHWAY AND ROTATED CLOCKWISE AND STRUCK A CULVERT ON THE NORTHSIDE OF THE HIGHWAY AND OVERTURNED. V-1 CAME TO REST IN THE WESTBOUND LANE IN A UPRIGHT POSITION. SUBJECT EXPIRED 6/23/07 AT 4:19AM AT THE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, MEMPHIS, TN.
