Initial Narrative     DR V-1 WAS TRAVELING NORTH ON NORTH SARDIS ROAD AT AN UNKNOWN RATE OF SPEED. V-2 WAS PARKED AT 22924 NORTH SARDIS ROAD. V-1 LEFT THE EAST SIDE OF THE ROAD STRIKING A UTILITY POLE. THE UTILITY POLE BROKE IN HALF AND FELL INTO THE REAR DRIVER SIDE WINDOW OF VEH-2.
