Initial Narrative     DV-1, ESPINOZA WAS SOUTHBOUND ON TAMPA STREET AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED. V-2 WAS EASTBOUND ON EAST 16TH STREET. WHEN ESPINOZA TRIED TO STOP FOR A STOP SIGN HE LOST CONTROL LAYING THE MOTORCYCLE OVER. THE SUBJECT WAS EJECTED FROM THE BIKE AND ENDED UP UNDERNEATH V-2. V-2 WAS STOPPED AT THE TIME AND THE TIRES DID NOT ROLL OVER ESPINOZA. ESPINOZA WAS TAKEN TO ST. MARY'S AND LATER TRANSFERRED TO UAMS WHERE HE DIED DURING SURGERY.
