Initial Narrative     V1 WAS SOUTHBOUND ON HIGHWAY 95 WHEN IT LEFT THE ROADWAY TO THE RIGHT. V1 STRUCK A CULVERT CAUSING IT TO OVERTURN AND FLIP MULTIPLE TIMES AND THE DRIVER WAS EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE. V1 CAME TO A FINAL STOP IN THE DITCH ON THE SOUTHBOUND SIDE OF THE ROAD.
