Initial Narrative     V1 WAS EASTBOUND ON INTERSTATE 440 AT THE INTERSECTION OF INTERSTATE 40 EAST/WEST EXIT. DRIVER OF V1 FAILED TO MAKE A RIGHT TURN AND STRUCK A CONCRETE BARRIER. V1 THEN WENT AIRBORN AND STRUCK A CONCRETED DITCH. V1 THEN CAUGHT ON FIRE BEFORE LANDING. DRIVER OF V1 WAS EJECTED.
