Initial Narrative     V2 WAS SOUTH ON HIGHWAY 67. DRIVER DISREGARDS TRAFFIC WARNING SIGN. V2 STRUCK A LIGHTED ARROW SIGN, AND THEN HIT V1, WHICH WAS PARKED AND UNOCCUPIED. V2 THEN STRUCK PEDESTRIAN, AND CAUGHT ON FIRE. BOTH DRIVER AND PEDESTRIAN WERE PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE.
