Initial Narrative     V1 WAS TRAVELING SOUTHBOUND ON MILL BRIDGE ROAD. V1 ENTERED A LEFT HAND CURVE LOST CONTROL AND ENTERED THE NORTHBOUND TRAFFIC LANE. V1 LEFT THE ROADWAY ON THE EAST SIDE AND OVERTURNED. V1 CAME TO A FINAL REST ON ITS TOP ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY.
